If you find yourself here looking for a job with our team here at Carpe DM Products, we will be glad to have a look at your resume! You can simply email it to us at CarpeDMProducts@Gmail.com.
However, though we can do reference checks and educational courses checks, along with your work history, what we would consider
even more important to us is an individual that would fit greatly with our team and our clients would be people that embrace core values as a part of our team, such as:
- Work that reflects your honor and integrity. That refers to the wholeness and completeness as an individual. If you are able to finish a work project even when no one is watching you, you have integrity. If you are able to stay true to your word even in situations in which no one is checking up on you, then you have integrity. If you are able to maintain the commitments you make, then you have integrity. Hypocrisy is the polar opposite of integrity, which may be defined as the lack of lying. If you are a person of integrity, you will follow through on what you've committed to doing. As a member of our team, you will want to give it your all, in order to stay true to what you have promised to do. Being a person of integrity also involves being responsible with your assignments, maintaining one's personal reliability, and maintaining truthful communications. A person who has integrity does not manipulate or take advantage of other people in the workplace nor with our clients who have entrusted us to help them grow. Because having integrity results in responsibility, we would help you along the way to earn more responsibility (compensated) and you can expect to do well with our team should we work with you!
- Because it will define who you are before you even enable people to learn more about you, honesty really needs to be the bedrock upon which your foundation is built. Very simple: If you are someone who always deals in the truth, you will lead a life that is far less fraught with anxiety. Instead of coming up with excuses and falsehoods, you can try using your analytical thinking to come up with fresh ideas. Others are more likely to pay attention to and appreciate those who act with honest intentions in their voice and actions. Being honest encourages open communication, gives us opportunities to help one another, and helps us to establish coherence in the way we convey important information within our company. The more honest we are, the sharper our perception becomes, and the more clearly we are able to notice everything going on around us, and work together to meet the goals of our clients
- You need to be the FIRE! Enthusiasm is represented by fire. You have to be excited at the idea of helping others gain independence from the traditional workplace too! We celebrate and welcome relevant new ideas that will benefit the team as well as our clients, but it always must be profitable for the clients first, but as a member of our team, we look forward to you being truly excited about that!
- Be a self starter. Sometimes we have a direction and specific steps, other times, you'll have to find your creativity legs up-under-you. We always bounce ideas off of one another, and we can always talk about best options for a specific account, however sometimes it will be up to each team member to get their assignment going.
- You'll have to put in a lot of effort.... But what else is there to say about working hard that hasn't already been said? Don't worry if you're among the doubters who are quick to point out that putting in a lot of effort isn't always worth it; I agree with you. We have faith in intellectual and effective labor. To go all out for anything without first giving it some serious consideration to the benefits it will bring to others as well as the reward. But putting in a lot of effort, maintaining concentration, and having enough of drive is what it takes to succeed in most things, and in our company at Carpe DM Products. It doesn't matter what you want to accomplish; you have to make sure you're in "the arena." You must commit time and effort to perfecting your skill, or the skills we will train you on here. Go ahead and paint if that's what you want to do. First, get started doing it, and then figure out how to improve your performance over time. All things work like that in life overall. With effort over time you will see an improvement in your skills and understand why it's important to practice often. The key to success in hard effort is repetition! Keep continuing and follow the formula of our systems already in place; this will prove to be more than what our customers expected, and it will also reward your hard work at the same time.
- The value you place on yourself is a significant contributor to your level of self-assurance. The faith you have in your own capabilities, in the person you are, and in the way you see the most essential connection in your life, the one you have with yourself, all contribute to your level of confidence. The power that comes from having confidence allows us to seek day to day relationships; it also psychs us up to acquire the job or opportunity that we've been planning and preparing for. When we are confident, we are able to communicate the tale of who we really are in the most genuine and genuine way imaginable. It is our depiction of how we want to be perceived by others as well as how we want to perceive ourselves. If you act with self-assurance in everything that you do, your ideas will rarely be turned away.
- We have to come to terms with the fact that we will all experience failure at some time in both life and in the workplace. On the other hand, it is essential that we keep going! There are occasions when we have no control whatsoever over the circumstances surrounding our fall. But we have to react, and we have to show that we are up to the challenge. You'll find that tenacity and perseverance are essential components in the recipe for happiness and success, and they're something that every person benefits when you keep at it. There will be challenges and roadblocks for each person to overcome when you are working toward achieving goals and aspirations. But if you keep at it, you'll get better and pick up a new talent that will serve you well in the long term if you stick with it. The tenacity with which our team approaches adversity is rewarded for all of us by our capacity to zero in on finding answers to any challenges that may crop up. We work together to figure out beneficial solutions for our client’s best interest everyday!
- Teamwork! There will be assignments weekly, that you will be given based on your skills, however, we will always work together to ensure our work is completed to our client’s satisfaction first and foremost! So, it is necessary that no one person has complete responsibility from start to finish on a project. Our team here each has various skill sets and talents as well as unique insights to help improve one another’s work. We all take advantage of that to reach the main goal- client satisfaction!
- Be willing to share new ideas with the team. Part of our growth will always be willing to listen to new ideas!
